has anyone else ordered this? i ordered mine march 2, and still haven't received anything from her. the email i just wrote to her was returned as undeliverable and the website is not up when i just tried to go to it. i think i might be out 50 bux

If you put it on a credit card, immediately complain to the credit card company about non-delivery of merchandise.

I've seen other people who have ordered from her and always got it, so I'd just be patient.

What I don't like is that it's an opened product that's been distributed among other bottles or containers. Not that she would do anything, but it's scary since it is a stranger. I've seen other people ask questions about that too.
I hope you get it quickly. I wish they'd just sell the darned stuff here.

The google.com cache has a copy of the site dated April 8, so I doubt it's gone anywhere... maybe the server is just down. I remember my order took a little while to arrive, but I really do like the splenda liquid.

Actually, after reading around a bit and searching, it looks like Trish isn't being sold any more.

Maybe she's holding out for a different supplier like the one website said. I think I'd email her and ask what's up, then decide if you want to wait or just get your money back.

i had gotten an email after i inquired on her site in the beginning of march, the email had said she has had 900 people asking about the syrup and she only had 400 bottles left and would do a limit of 2 per person, in the order she had received the inquiries.

i wrote her an email last night and it was returned to me undelivered..i dont know if i can even try to get my money back because i used paypal and that only allows 30 days to do a reversal.

I have ordered from her 2 times now got both items as promised. Last time I emailed he she told me she was trying to get a source outside the usa to get the liquid shipped in. That was in march. I had no problems with her packing her own containers. Every product you buy has been packed by someone....

I got mine today . I haven't tried it yet, but plan to make a cheesecake tomorrow for Sunday.

She refunded my money and her website is down. I'll miss the zero carb syrup base!!

I ordered a bottle. A month went by and I never heard from her or got a charge on my credit card so I ordered again. Then I finally got on Sweetzfree web site one day and was able to order from her. I got all 3 bottles at the same time. Hope my dh doesn't notice the 90 dollars extra on our credit card bill.

I've had a similar problem. It's past Paypal's 45 days so no complaining there. I also emailed her and got it returned. Website down. She issued me a refund after 2 months of nothing and a few days ago my refund came up "failed" because Paypal, for one reason or another, couldn't "get" the money to me from her account.

I found a phone number and tried to call her and it was disconnected. I found another number and it was also disconnected but had a forwarding number - 716-605-3252 (her answering machine picked up here - it's her). I sent her a request for my money back via Paypal and if I don't hear from her within a week I'm leaving her a "serious" message.

I feel so badly about TrishZ no longer doing Zero Carb Syrup Base.

I liked it better than Sweetzfree. Less expensive too, if I remember correctly.

I wish we could find out the full story of what happened.

Did the "Splenda " people get to her again, or was she overwhelmed, or both.

But, when she was operating, I ordered twice from her and got everything as promised.
