Question Advice

Has this happend to any of you....

My TOM is 3 days late. Has this happend? It's incredibly unlikely that I'm pregnant, so I'm pretty sure it has to do with the diet switch. (BTW my ave. was down 1 lb, YIPPEE!!!!) but when I started Adkins I was 2 weeks early for several months and then last month was back on schedule and now I'm late. Very confused....please let me know if this is "normal"?

Default my situation is the same

I'm 3 days late ... just started CAD, but had slipped badly for the 2 weeks before that.

Like you, virtually no chance that I could be pregnant.

Started back on CAD. Four days late. I think it was the change of season. A lot of women have been early/late this month.
