Whenever I eat my CM, Complementary Meal, I try to eat the same amount of vegetables as I do protein. According to the CALP book that I follow, we are to eat a combination of protein and vegetables leaving the amount up to us. If you prefer to eat more protein than vegetables, that is okay as long as you include vegetables in your meal.
