HR: 167 Avg; 188 Max; +1min=161; +2min=137; +5min=121 Okay, 188 HRmax is too high. I used intervals of ¼ and ½ mile at 7.0, 7.6, 8.0, 8.5, and 9.0mph, with ¼ mi recoveries at 6.0 and 6.2. Good pace, but too hard. I need to back off a bit for my next speedwork session, with more sustained intervals at 7.0 and 7.5mph.
