Default Newbie needs to lose weight

Have struggled with my weight all of my adulthood, especially after my wife and I had kids. Topped out at 312 lbs. After our second child, I committed to losing weight, eating better and (mostly) exercising a lot. Went down to 230 and felt pretty good.

Then we had an unexpected pregnancy, which ended up being twins. Food has always been my go-to when stressed, and stress has been an all-time high since these babies were born. Have gained over 50 lbs in a year and a half, and don't have time or energy to exercise like I used to.

Atkins seems like a good plan that will work for me. Started on Monday 6/11/18 at 286.4. Getting back to 230 is a huge goal for me, ultimate goal is 200. Perhaps keeping track here and getting feedback will assist.

Thanks for reading!
