went for a 4.5 mile walk{Was going to go 5.5 but just to hot, {Also little jogging in there.Next time take water and push.
I did 5.5 yesterday.
Now go and do sauna and steam room. 11/2 hrs.
And then eat with in my 4-6 hr. window,
so far doing good.
Should also after this month do weights.{

Barb. you are so right. It is how we feel and <I think as we age it harder. But as long as we all keep with doing something. Those somethings turn into big healthier life.
Not all diet plans work. sometimes you have to keep trying or adding to or take away. Listen to self.
I think I will learn so much here. Keep posting. Maybe others will join in also.

Thank you,SilverEm.
So far I'm back on track and feel good.
We all at some point know how to diet, and most do well for 1st month and stop.
You just have to do it and find what works for you.
I don't know if you can talk about* If here. But I'm doing and it is working for me.
And I watch cals. and I eat good clean food{Who likes dirty food any way? Ha
Lets all make a pack for this Month{May ]and do the best we can and really stay with it.
For me I hope to lose 2-3 lbs this month.
But As I'm closer to my goal weight{110 harder.

Have a great Sunny day and enjoy your life. Know you can do it.

Hello. every one. How are you all doing?
Today's weight is the same>120
Yesterday was on little harder for some reason[on IF}
But I made it with 780 cals and window was 18{Through lower in cals.It was good food and fat.{Just came out that way.
But Today feel better and hope I can do my 20 Or 21
Walked 4.5 yesterday.
all I can say, is keep doing it and numbers on scale or even on[ If are just that numbers.
Just keep on the healthy and weight loss road it will all come out at the end.
I also think more we post{even small or just a hi helps all of us
For me scale i do watch{Not so much when I think gain or slip. But we have to report those to.
And it really all comes down to is each month on how that scale said's at the end of each month.
Weight fall and gain and stalls.
So still keep doing your plan and still watch. when we change our self and look and see results and most of all how we feel It is a good thing.
Later.

Hi, Janet. Your dedication is inspiring.

I am on the Keep-On-Plan, one meal at a time, one bite at a time system these days.

Taking time for rest, and doing things which are restorative are key in my plan.

Thanks for your encouragement. I wish you a lovely day, and a really nice week-end.

I don't always have access to the internet, but will come check here as I can.

Thanks Aunt em.
Today was a very good day for me.
On If{Did a 22.5{Window. Had a big salad. with veggie burgers{2 and 1/2 cup beans{and 1/2 cottage cheese. and later 2 halo Oranges. 40 cal's. each.

So today calaries for whole day was700
.
Had to work in a good meal since that was my 1st. meal of the day.
Went and did sauna for 55 mins{180
Cooled off and drinked water also.
Then after meal.I went and took a detox bath and also
scub to get rid of dead skin.
I also getting used to added reg. good fats & Not low fat stuff. and kinda like to do Keto with> If.
But I still watch calarie's.
All we can do is keep it going. Sure feels good to be healthy and know inside you can do it. You will have slips .but that is learning also and beside we all need it at times.
Body is a wonderful gift.and never to old or young to change.
Hope more will keep posting.
If I have to talk to me, I will.ha

Hi, Janet. I hope your week is going well.

I reduced my carbs some, and I like the level, for now.

Have been catching up on rest, too.

Best wishes!

Hi, Janet. I agree, aging poses many challenges. Maintenance was easier for me, for almost ten years, -- and last year I got a bit "de-railed". I am back on track now, and humming along, if slowly.

I, too, thought more from LCF would come over here.

It is quiet here, I agree. Much more than it was a few years ago.

I wish you success and joy in making really good choices for yourself.

I'll check back when I can.
