Windsor Pilates (lower body workout is the one I use) and Tae Bo are both awesome! I just started using the Tae Bo and I LOVE it!! SUCH a great workout....my heart rate is up the whole time, I sweat buckets AND the next day ALL my muscles are sore from head to toe!! Definitely worth the money!

winsor pilates rocks! And I've found you can buy them seperately on walmart.com instead of shelling out for the entire set. (Helpful for me since I had them on vhs and then didnt want to buy the beginner tapes when I switched over to dvd)
