Default Thinking of switching from Atkins

Hi! I stopped smoking in December and since then cannot seem to follow Atkins to save my life. And I need to save it so I am reading CAD and thinking about switching. I do exercise more now so I am hoping this WOE will help. Any advice would be excellent! Thank you!

hi Anne-
this is a great plan- if you follow it and don't think of it as atkins with a binge meal. There are lots of older threads all talking about switching from atkins, as well as a 'cheat sheet' and lots of other things.

Thank you! I do plan on spending the time reading other threads. I also need to finish the book itself.

That's the one I am reading! I'm not 40 yet but it was at the thrift store!
