so the 3 day pased and i feel good...didnt eat much...feel ok...this food is so filling..and you now what for the first time in my life I didn't turn to the food for comfort..but gym..and LC......wish me luck..if you have more advice please tell me.....thank you all

If you're past dreaded day 3.. you're doing GREAT. The lack of hunger at this point is normal.. just try to remember that and stay AWAY from the bad food!
