Plan: whole foods
Stats: 240/180/140 Female 63 inches
BF:too f'ing much
Progress: 60%
Location: Pittsburgh, PA
Default

Weights and cardio:

2.1 miles on the elliptical, crossramp 3, resistance one (15 minutes before and after weights)

3 reps of 15 on:

Fly machine (20 lbs.)
Leg press (160 lbs)
Triceps pulldowns (20 pounds)
Lat pulldowns (30 pounds)
Pec pushes (20 pounds)

I would also add "10 minutes of wrestling with various machines" since it's inevitable that I have to do that.

Cardio day, slightly interrupted because at the beginning I had the panicked OH MY GOD DID I LOCK THE CAR?!?!? (which was parked out front) feeling and had to get my keys to make sure.

50 minutes on the elliptical, app. 3.5 miles, crossramp 4, level 3.

Oops, forgot to update since due to a recalcitrant reproductive system I skipped for a few days:

Monday, 7/7--went to the gym, did 1.1 miles on the elliptical, tried to lift some weights, wasn't feeling it, went home. Sometimes you'll have a day like that.

Tuesday, 7/8--walk through the hood, 63 minutes, 2.93 miles (WTF, Nike Plus, but I'll take it)

Today--walked to and from the gym, 1.7 miles, my 3 x 15 weight program

63 minutes walk around the neighborhood, 2.8 miles. I'm sure I'm walking faster than that, but having to stop for traffic or watch for crazy drivers (yes, even at 5:45 a.m) or negotiate broken sidewalks slow me up, dammit.
