My *Tangy Tarter Sauce* Recipe ~ YUM!
I created this 'tangy tartar sauce' to go with my Pacific Parmesan Cod Fillet recipe (see main dishes)...but quickly found out that this 'sauce' is extremely yummy with all kinds of dishes, including veggies, omelets, bun-less cheeseburgers...the list goes on.
Minutes to Prepare: 5
Number of Servings: 8 (1 tbsp serving size)
1/2 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons finely chopped onion
2 tablespoons finely chopped dill pickle
1/8 teaspoon dill pickle juice
salt and ground black pepper to taste
celery salt to taste
Simply mix all the ingredients together, and season with salt, pepper and/or celery salt to your liking.
