Sorry I repeated an answer I'd forgotten I'd already provided, should have read the whole thread before jumping in. Is there a way of deleting posts entirely here?

Just wondering how the Lyrica worked for you SissyPoo?
I was on Neurontin, but had to get it up to 900mg a day before it helped. Seemed to get the pain receptors under control, and then I stopped and haven't been too bad ever since. (I hated the side effects, havoc w/my balance, and added to my fog.) I also had run out of Magnesium, which I take 400-800 mg of morning & night. Mag. Oxide works best for me, in capsules, and I really believe adding that back helped, as I had become achy all over, not just my feet, which was what got me on the Neurontin.
Other than that, a good Chair Yoga DVD helps a ton, mentally and physically (I strain muscles and can barely walk if I try even Gentle regular yoga.) because as was said before, stress wreaks havoc on Fibro, and being in pain is stressful.

I've heard great things about Turmeric and Ginger, especially Turmeric straightening out the pain signals, much the same way Lyrica and Neurontin do, but naturally, and w/the added benefit of being an anti-oxidant. As other have said, Fish Oil/Omega oils are good too. Hope you're doing better!
