Default cheater...wat do i do now

i started cheating just once, and had a little rice and some real cereal with milk the next morning but i went bak to wat i used to eat and everything went bak to normal but this was like 2 weeks ago. and now i've started to gain the weight bak, im pretty short so i was down to like 88 and now i've gained bak to 92, i'm really upset with myself and because i'm so short (not even 5 ft.) i feel its really noticable in my stomache. i dont know what to do and my friends and family don't understand how crappy i feel about myself and they think i'm too obsessed but i just want to feel good about myself.

Hi.

I think your family and friends have a point; feeling better about yourself will not happen via food and weight loss. You're already at the bottom of a healthy weight range for your height, and 88 lbs is underweight. That definitely drives people to cheat. I'd suggest eating maintenance level carbs, and doing some 'spiritually gentle' exercise to help you feel better about your body. I highly recommend yoga. I was skeptical, but I'm hooked on it now.

im definatly going to try yoga. i'm going to sign up for some workout and yoga classes at the Y near me so I can keep active. since i was 92 i weighed myself this morning and i was 91.4 so i guess i'm doing ok. i don't want to be more then 93 or less then like 90 so i'm ok with this range now. thnx for your advice, i've heard people kinda tell me that before but it didn't really mean anything until i heard someone else thats also losing/lost weight tell me. thanks for your advice!!
