Default Leg of lamb

Hi Karen-My husband brought home 6 lamb chops that are about 1&1/2 in. thick, each. Before LC we always just ate them with mint jelly. At restaurants we love the gravy or sauce that is sometimes served with the lamb ribettes. My question is, can I use your Cumin & coriander leg of lamb W/ pine nuts recipe and substitute the lamb chops for the leg of lamb? Wouldn't I have to adjust the time of cooking also?

I made your grilled flank steak W/ cumin Aioli last week and it was wonderful.Thank you so much for the fabulious recipes, and I see you have started posting the carb count next to each ingredient in each recipe. Thanks Joyce

Yes Joyce, you can use that recipe and just grill or broil them. IT would be great!

That is actually one of the first recipes I posted with the carb counts beside it. I don't do that anymore, but I am going to be giving the nutritional breakdown of carbs, protein, etc. for the total recipe instead of just the carb count.

Stay tuned for Daik-tato cakes (mock potato cakes) coming soon!

Karen
