Default Ezekiel bread

A dear friend just gifted me with 3 loaves of Ezekiel bread. I'm going to re-wrap and pack them then freeze them. My problem is I'm low carb and I don't know what to do with them. Thoughts?

I know the hungry ducks and geese would appreciate it but it's pretty pricey.

Just what I did. Stopped in the school office and it was received with grateful and open arms. It sure did make great p-nut butter and jelly toast though. Sigh . . .
