Hi, I'm new to this site but not to low carbing. Five years ago I lost weight on Atkins, regained a few pounds, then decided to get serious about losing weight and went on to lose around 85 pounds. Then I got hit with a surprise pregnancy at age 37 and gained a whopping 62 pounds !
This time around I'm interested in trying the CAD program so any tips from ones doing that would be greatly appreciated! I've started and stopped Atkins induction so many times in the 15 months since I had my baby that I've lost count. For some reason I just can't seem to get my mind around the fact that I've got to stick with this and I'll do so well until dinner time and then it's soooo hard to stick to low carb when my family is eating food I'd love to have. That's why I've decided to try CAD.
Will someone with experience with this program please tell me what I might could expect to lose, say on a weekly basis? I know everyone is different but I desperately need some motivation! Thanks!
