Lacto Ovo.
I just started Being Lacto Ovo MONday.Im doingg pretty good. I like to learn more about it.
I would like to keep my carbs low. But How much protein do I need.
I will be doing curves diet Sept.11 doing this type diet.
BUT they say carbs first week is 90carbs?
Will I lose weight doing this type diet?
Any tips.
I like to be e mail buddies with some gals that are doing the same way of eating asme
I go to curves 5 days aweek.
