Got out for a windy bike ride again today - 21.17 miles. Not sure if I'll do anything else but I'm thinking of a yoga dvd a little later.

Today's ride was 23.5 miles and I did weights tonight, too. Now I'm going to bed!

Got caught in a storm riding on Friday so only got 9.28 miles. Yesterday I did weights since I skipped them on Friday. Today is a rest day!

It's been a busy week, I've been getting workouts and bike rides but not much time to post. Today I hit the 500 mile mark for the season. Only 1500 to go before the season is over!

I took the weekend and Monday off. Tuesday was a very windy 18 mile bike ride.

So far today I did a half hour of water walking and 15 minutes of short lap swimming. Will be doing some indoor biking and weights stuff later today.

I've been working out since the last time I posted. Just too busy to spend a lot of time on the computer.

Today was my first kettlebell workout since surgery in May. I wanted to be sure I was all healed before swinging that kettlebell. Felt like a beginner again. My legs are like jello and I still need to do some time on the indoor bike. It's too windy to ride today so I'll set up the indoor bike in the driveway, put on some perky music and watch the corn grow while I pedal outdoors.

It's been a while since I posted in here...still doing my workouts. Made a few changes to them recently. So far it's working for me!

We've been busy with out of town guests and other visitors, spending as much time in the pool as we can!

My workouts have included kettlebell, upper body weights, yoga, biking (road and stationary), pool walking.

I took the day off yesterday.

Today's workout included kettlebell, weights, biking in the garage and water walking.

I'm hoping for a road ride tomorrow if the weather cooperates...

It's been a crazy busy week again with not a lot of computer time.

Had 2 days off the beginning of the week due to schedule and TOM.

Since then it's been road biking, garage bike, pool walking, kettlebell and weights workouts.

I have 6 days to make my goal of 1000 miles of indoor biking by August 1st. I need 62.25 more miles and if I do 45 minutes a day, I will exceed my goal!

Still doing all my workouts, just not getting enough time to post it all.

I'm about 15 miles from my indoor miles goal. Shouldn't be a problem to get those miles in the next 2 days!

It's been so long since I posted! Exercise has been intermittent since the beginning of the month due to weather, a family wedding and out of town guests.

Got out for a bike ride yesterday and did a little bit of Kettlebell workout.

Yesterday was the first time I was able to do the whole kettlebell dvd. I used the 10 lb. kb for 2 segments of the dvd and the 15 lb. kb for one segment. I also did a half hour of biking in the garage.

Today was a half hour on the garage bike and a half hour of water walking....

I've been doing mostly water walking, swimming and kettlebell workouts since I posted last. I finally got out for a bike ride today. I've only got a few more days of pool workouts before we close the pool for the winter.

I hope to get more biking if the weather cooperates. I've added some heavier kettlebells to the workout and so far it's going well!

Still doing the kettlebell stuff, water walking and swimming. New workouts will begin in 2 weeks when we get back from our trip for DS's wedding.
