Congratulations, Murrie (nice 2 pounds! And thanks for the encouragement), Meplus1 (we need to appreciate all the losses we can), and Ladygirl, I bet you did lose a few ounces. KLC145, good for you for putting the gain; if you've kept reading the challenge, I've done that several times and although at the time I feel a little like crap, I recommend putting it in bc then you can rapidly get satisfaction as you see the loss.......then again, at other times, it'S been good, psychologically, for me to not weigh for a few days and be more strict after a gain (like you asked for my opinion?). Anyway, good to have you back and good luck!
