I did a workout this evening, WL only, and I'm DEAD. I ate dinner about 30 minutes before I worked out, but as you know, I'm on induction Mon-Fri. I don't like being like this. I'm all shaky and light-headed. Any advice for the Lil' One?

You don't eat enough calories to start with....but I understand your reasons. And now with induction eating....I'm not surprised you are feeling as you do. Some people can manage fine on induction while exercising....some don't do so well. The only thing I know to do is go ahead and eat some carbs pre-work out, or eat some sweet tarts or something prior and during exercise for energy, and be sure to get in something soon as you are finished exercising. Or just figure on being shaky, etc. until you go back to eating more carbs. I am assuming the 20-30 carbs you are eating are done prior to and right after exercise. If not, at least do that much. Carbs are burned off during exercise so they wouldn't count against you on induction. You probably wouldn't even notice a difference in your Ketosis. Those are my thoughts on it. As you know TOP is where to find the best advice on these matters.

Hi. Today is Saturday not Monday . I would suggest you do barbell bench press first on the chest portion of the work out. And are you sure you were only using 35 pounds on that? I ask because usually on a bench press, it's an olympic bar which weighs 45 pounds by itself. On back I'd do rackpulls first. But I don't suppose that's a big deal.

Yeah, I know today is Saturday, but I get to eat more carbs on Saturday so I better take advantage of them and weight train, ya know what I mean?

Good plan, but I'm not sure you are aware that you dated your work-out today as Monday instead of Saturday? Don't guess it matters.

Looks good Seanna. I don't see anything I'd change for now. The only thing is I'd do the arnies first then the side laterals. Might be another of those things where you didn't want to wait for what you needed. It's not that big a deal. Arnies are just more complex and you want to work them the hardest. IMO
