Today was lifting day and I really challenged myself--Did good if I do say so myself.
Warmup: Elliptical 5 minutes straight. Burn baby burn!! And it did and I am not anxiously looking forward to another 5 minutes.
Vertical Press: 45 lbs x 1 set of 15--60 lbs x 1 set of 6
Pectoral Fly: 40 lbs x 1 set of 15 --50 lbs x 1 set of 6
Shoulder Press: 10 lbs x 1 set of 15--30 lbs x 1 set of 6
Tricep Dip: 90 lbs x 1 set of 15--105 lbs x 1 set of 10
Bicep curl: 30 lbs x 1 set of 15--40 lbs x 1 set of 6
Lat. Pull Down: 60 lbs x 1 set of 15--70 lbs x 1 set of 6
Thighsolater: 60 lbs x 1 set of 15--75 lbs x 1 set of 6
Leg curl: 50 lbs x 1 set of 15--60 lbs x 1 set of 12
Leg Extension: 50 lbs x 1 set of 15--60 lbs x 1 set of 10
Seated Crunch: 70 lbs x 1 set of 15--80 lbs. x 1 set of 10
Lateral Press: 30 lbs x 1 set of 15--40 lbs x 1 set of 10
Front Raise: 4 lb bar x 1 set of 15
Front Raise: 6 lb bar x 1 set of 10
Thursday I have an appointment with Angie--Gonna see if she thinks it is time to add in any new machines or exercises.
I want you all to know that since I have started lifting--My back has been better and I am happy about that !!
Whew--I am still sweating but feeling good. Now I am off to get some protein in me and some L glutamine. Can still see Joan eating it with a spoon from yesterdays workout Lucifer gave her.
