Hey Dane,

I'm so upset. I did what I considered to be an easy workout yesterday: 30 minutes of indoor walking interval DVD with legs in the intervals (squats, dead-lifts, plies, split squats) and my knees are really feeling it today.

I guess I'm just doomed to have ugly, flabby thighs and ass. I can't do anything other than straight leg exercises (which don't work very well) without hurting my knees. Now I have to wait for them to be 100% pain-free to start AGAIN from square-one, which could be up to a week.

I'll have to do my upper body every other day with no walking until then, but I'll probably go through the workout twice, to make sure I work hard enough. Great, I'll be one of those weird looking people who has nice arms and ugly-ass thighs.

That's funky--I have a Gallery icon in my posts, just like you--when you click on mine, you don't see my pix? Here's the link at the top of the page when I click my own Gallery button-

Anyway, these are the ones I posted at BR, and are in my gallery; my weight in them was 200#, 180#, and 167#. My next set of pix are going to be at 155#, or perhaps 150#-wherever I end up at the end of this current PSMF cycle (ending somewhere around April 15th).

Darn, Elle, I'm sorry to read this. I'm sure there are things you can do that will also allow you to baby your knees--let me look into it a bit today and see if I can find stuff to help you out.

Thanks! Women carry stubborn fat on hips/thighs/butt, very hard to get off, because the fat there is reserved for breastfeeding. Which I happen to be doing, and will do as long as I can, to keep melting that butt fat.

Wow Dane you are sooooooooooo hot looking!!! I long to look that good in a bikini! I am happy with my lower body; just not the upper with the too large breasts and the 39' inch abdomen measurement.

Good day--went shopping with my Honey. Talked to MIL--she wants me to go with her to Vienna on the 20th, a bus trip to see 3 museums plus the opera house. I'm looking forward to it! I've been to Vienna before, but with my DH and parents, who weren't too interested in museum lurking.

Yesterday's lifting--
Had 2T of gatorade with my 2scp of pp (need to edit that in to yesterday's food). It really gave me some energy to have a great workout! PR'd everything.

Ahhhhhhh another new low! It'll be interesting to see what happens next week--my first goal is to get to 150, but I don't think that will happen in a week, I'd like to continue on for an extra week to get closer before I take my mandatory diet break, but that might be pushing things--must consult with my guru.

I have some good (??) DOMS (muscle soreness) going on from that last workout---especially in my mid back, hamstrings, inner thighs. Heh, just enough to know you're alive.

Wow thats simply amazing...congradulations!!! Your doing so great.

We're just spending the week getting the babies "area" ready. And then hopefully this kid will decide (sooner than later) that its time to come out. Will be getting my jogging stroller soon. I live in a pretty big apartment complex I think I might take baby out and start doing some walking lunges, squats, etc as much as I can as close to home as possible when I"m ready. (one month or so PP) And then go from there.....

Getting excited.
