Yesterday was a very low cal day for me as I had no appetite whatsoever. I did not have the burst of energy like I did previous post-CNs. I wonder why?
CHRISSIE - Thank you very much. I am just a dedicated person.
I used to think of cheating all the time, and even dream of it. Now that I am on the CNS, I have no reason to think of cheating or going off plan as I am now
required to eat those carbs once a week. It more than takes care of that problem. I find it difficult to even do it. But it really frees my mind!
BARB - Have fun at the concert! I hope your work gets done early so you can have time to unwind.

I am actually going to visit my MOM for the weekend! I will be leaving in a couple hours. I luckily and suprisingly got a check in the mail yesterday so I have gas and now we can get more chicken!
Mom took a beef roast out to thaw, so I will be having that for dinner. Lunch will be some leftover baked cod with my Creamy Avocado Dressing. I love that stuff so much. I could eat a bowl of it with a spoon!
I hope I don't have to work too long today as I would like to visit with MOM and not sit on the computer while there. But I will work around it. It has been a couple months since I was able to visit her.
