THIS GROUP follows ULTRA LOW CARB PLANS...of different types that stem from the teachings of DR ATKINS. We have TOTAL carbs and net carbs, and the Carb Nite has its roots in ATKINS as does every low carb plan. Although there are differences, this TEAM has already learned control and the importance of planning and tracking and weighing daily. Up 2.6 after my 3rd CN. Back to norm now and it truly is a Full Fats Friday for me.
I am not going to have my leftover fajita from yesterday as the green peppers and onions are too high in carbs for me. I will most likely pick out and eat only the chicken chunks tomorrow and have it on a salad or something.
Today I am going to have Bacon & eggs for lunch! I have not had that in a very long time!
I took out a chicken leg quarter to bake for dinner.
KATHY - I don't remember who suggested that site? BARB perhaps? Was it me? I can't remember, but I DO have it bookmarked, so whoever found it - thank you! It is great for making sure your foods are ketogenic.
Looks like the rest of us are all tied up and busy. RAINS, I hope all is well with you. I fear the worst.
I did not get a good rest last night as Ed was up all night with a throat infection and kept waking me. I have been awake now since about 12:30am. He is sleeping like a baby now, and I am wide awake.
I had my coffee and I'm just finishing up my postings and emails and stuff. I DO plan to go back to bed after this and hopefully fall back asleep for a couple hours.
I never did change the battery on the scale yet. Letting it ride for now, but I really need to do that. I am so uncertain of its accuracy now.
