I did it, 20 minutes on my stepper. I had not done it in a while and thought I'd never hit 20 minutes but I did.

I feel great.

Will do it while baby naps.

Did some of my 5 pound weights exercise.

For arms I did a count of 20, for arm rolls. Then I raised my hands up over my head for another count of 20. Then arm raises only did 10. Too hard. And then, I don't know what you call these but it's when you hold the weights to your side and take one leg in front of you and bend with both knees then come back up. Well did that 10 times on each leg.

Ok till tomorrow.

Ok did 20 minutes on stepper and my dumbbell exercises.

Did 10 arm raises, 20 arm rolls, 10 lunges (finally know what it's called) on each leg. Then 20 arm raises over my head this time though.

I can feel my legs burn and it feels great.

Can't wait to do them again tomorrow.

Did my 25 min bd video and then did my weights, same as yesterday. I'm so sore. It hurts to sit to use the toilet but it feels good at same time.

Till tomorrow.
