Sorry for the late reply.
There are lots of different ways to carb-cycle, and the amounts can vary a lot, too. Mine is LC during the week (high fat, moderate protein, low carb) and carby on the weekends (moderate fat, low protein, higher carb). You can be a little flexible with it, but it's usually about 36-48 hours per week of carbing-up. I'm really liking it, and it seems to work with my personality. A couple of warnings though: If you're a scale addict (I'm recovering ) you can expect a pretty big jump after the weekends. Just water and glycogen (provided you did things right) but it can be disheartening. Also, you need to really stick with things during the week to allow for the weekends. It's supposed to get easier after time, but it can be hard to get back on on Monday. I hope that answers it.
