Daddio- it's a mix of nuts/seeds/coconut whizzed to make an oatmeal like dish for breakfast. Just posted it in the breakfast forum here

http://forum.lowcarber.org/showthread.php?t=472375

Today, I had two grilled hot Italian sausages, 1/2 an avocado and 4 devilled egg halves. Black coffee.

Thud, your soup looks really filling.

Breakfast - 4.5 net carbs
Asparagus with mayo-dijon sauce, HB eggs and Kolbassa. Eggs are not always kind to me so they are a rare treat.

Wowwee! A lot of care went into that K. Looks really good. Can I come over for breakfast some time?

I also had some issues with eggs that have seem to have mysteriously cleared up. I rarely eat more than 2 eggs at a time but I can now have them from almost raw to hard boild and everything in between. Here's the thread were I asked the question. Perhaps you will find it interesting...

Thud..hmm interesting read. Up in these parts we can get 2 kinds of commercial eggs, regular or Omega-3 eggs. I know a lot of folks who can't eat O-3 because they get the same symptoms you get. Were your eggs O-3?

I'm not sure but I'll steer clear of them or, in really interested, experiment.

Thanks for the heads up!

And YUMMY breakfast Karen!

Two homemade tortillas - one with a fried egg and cheese, one with cream cheese and salsa because I couldn't decide between the two.

That recipe is quite good.
