I can lose the diet soda easily. I find that when I do drink it, I want more and more, so it is best if I just do without. I also limit my coffe to only 2 cups in the morning instead of the usual 4 or 5 that I was drinking.

I need to drink more water; however, I find that if I drink it using a straw that I do better. Kinda weird, but ?

Oh...I use a straw too for sure. I don't like water too much so it goes down much faster with a straw. I thought I'd have to have the water very frigid too to get it down but I went somewhere, came back, ice cubes were gone, thought I'll drink it anyway and drank 14 oz. of water (with a straw, of course) in one fell swoop. So, now my water just has a few ice cubes and a straw.

I got a cool idea from the diet cherry vanilla dr p, add flavoring to regular soda! It's pretty good!

I don't drink diet soda at all. If I drink it, it makes me crave sugar! I drink tons of water daily. I find most diet sodas taste like ca-ca anyway IMO so it's not hard for me to stay away.

Ive never drank much soda in my life, but since Ive been lo carbing I have started to drink 1 or 2 cans diet pepsi a day.

It seems to delay my hunger, and I like the caffeine rush.
As well as it satisfies my occasional craving for sweets.

I don't drink any soda at all since LCing. I do drink coffee though but it's decaf. I was also just turned onto green tea. I drink it hot and I also buy the Arizona Diet Green Tea. I think it's sweetened with splenda.

I have a pop once in a while. I'm trying to get used to water so I haven't been drinking much pop at all... I'd say MAYBE 1 a week. I used to drink a 2 liter and a half of coke... so it's a huge change for me, but I'm happier.

I am a diet Pepsi addict. I need to give it up soley because of the fact I have bad anxiety and the caffeine is not good for that. I'm not sure how it will affect my weight loss because I haven't been on atkins long enough.

I drink diet soda only once in a while, and only if I drank all of my water for the day. Well, that's if I'm home. If I'm out, I'll usually order water, but once in a while, I want that diet soda!

If you can find it, Canfields Diet Chocolate Soda, or Diet Chocolate Cherry Soda is awesome. Totally takes care of the chocolate cravings. I haven't been able to find it here on the West Coast, but it's prevalent in Chicagoland and I found it on the east coast at Stop and Go.

1 Diet Coke every morning (I don't drink coffee), and water the rest of the time. If I'm craving carbonation, I'll have a fizzy water drink like Perrier.
