THIS GROUP follows ULTRA LOW CARB PLANS...of different types that stem from the teachings of DR ATKINS and John Kiefer. HIMI~~ LOVE the day lable!! I am all dried up with them.. maybe we could come up different days of the week!!! Wonder what your weight would be without that water!!! You are fabulous with this all. You are balanceing out real life with the plan and that is the ultimate challenge. To be able to enjoy the little things and not binge eat, and return to the plan and life.

CHRISSIE~~~ go vent away. You are in ketosis and losing something along the way . I beleive that just as Paulette got things moving again, so will you . This is made for the long term LC'ers that find themselves in the stalls when being clean.

BARB~~pretty soon you can see youself in the 160's so hang in here Too many rad blocks were in your way!

PAULETTIE~~MURPHY HERE JODI weighed less than posted by the time she regualry weighs but she did not write it down on the log so I did not change it. FREAK KID! I can imagine that mane of yours getting biker hair .. maybe now y ou would feel better on the bike though it is not for me either.. I did try doubles ages ago and did find it fun.. but now I break! We both can be BEach Blanket Babies
It is again n 80's and gorgeous so all the door and sliders are open for fresh air.Will get some seed packs next time out.

Weigh in here is great for after carb nite.. up 0.4 is all. So wonder what the next days bring.
It is lucky that I do not often get this sick.Pain is my buggerboo. I guzzeled the cough stuff and did get a couple of hours' sleep. Broke a sweat big time. Still coughing a lot and it sounds like a hundred sea lions here..I get bronchitus at a drop of the hat. My respiratory system is my weakness. Right now I feel good..comes and goes and will be getting over this in a day or two I bet. My lungs are clear..all in the bronchials right now. Thank heaven not a wheeze or hitch in my lung sounds

Back down just a little-- pretty good considering I had a craving for crunch last night and ate an ounce of roasted salted almonds and a few TBS of toasted flaxseed not long before bed

Cricket my hubby's weakness are his lungs as well. He is usually healthy as a horse (wait thats not a great comparison is it lol) but if something nasty comes around it wants to go straight to his lungs. He is susceptible to developing walking pneumonia if he is not careful (and he is usually not careful).

You know how heat makes things expand? Maybe the warm weather is at fault for our stability/gains because it is expanding us.... yeah, kidding......

Hey .1 down beats .1 up I guess....

So tonight is Dakoda's welcome home dinner...the brat picked Olive Garden...I've been debating this all day and seeing as how I haven't had an off plan meal in a couple weeks i'm thinking i'll take the evening off plan until Midnight and then get back on the wagon...kinda like you guys' CN night I guess...

Chrissie I sure hope once you have a CN nite and get back on plan that you will show some kind of movement...mable is nice and comfy but "nice place to visit but don't want to live there"

Paulette yea that darn flux...at least you no longer have to worry about TOM ...this beginning of perimenapause and the unpredictable TOM and worse unpredictable emotional/hormone swings is a pain in the butt. Since I no longer have any tumors or cysts they won't take anything out so I just have to deal with it the next 2-10 years...

Cricket great job on the small CN gain...I'm picturing the pack of sea lions ....I hope you're getting some rest sweet Cricket

Himi i'm glad you are on the slide today ...yea i'm going with the expanding due to heat scenario

I'm the late one tonight! We had to go to the funeral home out of town for the viewing for one of our friend's dad who passed away this weekend. Actually, the dads of two of our friends passed away this past weekend, but one was in NJ so we weren't able to get to that one. I've ben spending too much time at funeral homes lately!

Chrissie: Hope you can make room in the mable mobile for me, but hoping for a quick ride!

Kathy: Enjoy your evening with your family. I think we were spelling your son's name wrong. Sorry about that. My cousin's boy is spelled "Dakota", but I knew your son's was spelled differently. I just couldn't remember how it was spelled.

Himi: Glad you saw a little loss from yesterday. Your water weight will be gone soon. Loved today's name. Like Cricket, I'm running out of names...I don't have any "creativity genes" anyway, so it's tough for me.

Cricket: Your CN gain was nothing! Hope you see a nice big loss the next couple of days. I also have trouble with the lungs. Had asthma as a child and now that I'm older, all my colds go straight to my lungs!

Paulette: No big loss for me today. I do love to ride, but I'm like you. I hate riding in the heat with jeans and boots if it's extremely hot. We always wear helmets, but don't wear the leathers if it's really hot. I have enough trouble with the swelling in the heat, without adding leathers to it. Always pull my hair back as it tangles really easy. However, I never liked wearing it pulled back, especially when my face was heavier, so I was constantly undoing it when we would stop.

KATHY..NO, it is not like or kinda like or sorta like CN. If you want to go off plan go ahead and own it. It is your choice always. THE CN is structured and the CN is not an off meal. it takes quite a lot of thought and work. IF you would like to change plans and do it, then by all means, join in. Otherwise, and do pardon if i do seem pissed.. it is hard to follow this new plan as it is scheduled and not a free for all. So.. yes I did get pissed at that remark. Go eat out and enjoy You know your plan and your abilities to lose whatever comes back

BARB.. guess we both came on together You are spendning way too much times with funreals ! Hope that had now ended.

How much longer until the roads dry out near you??Hope it dries fast so you two can go biking safely.

I just had a huge mug of sodium enriched boulion and will retain a bunch. I wanted to get my BP up.Too low at night and I need to take the meds or it is on the way up by early morning. So, I will take the diuetics and hope for success.

I am down 1 lb and I am now at a new all-time low! My new plan is helping me to slowly lose again, and I am so grateful!

Today is my 4th CN, so I need to figure out a menu. The one I planned is kaput! No chicken left! I wish I would have bought 20 lbs of it when it was on sale for 50¢/lb. I will be googling recipe ideas most of this morning.

KATHY - I hope you enjoyed the dinner plans you had with your son last night, and really hope it does not kill your losses too harshly this morning. Good luck with that!

BARB - I completely relate to the hair thing and not wanting it to be tied back when I was heavier! I never tied my hair back as I wanted it to hide my chubby face and neck all the time. How sad is that? Little things like being able to feel comfortable with our hair tied back are such great NSVs!!! I am actually looking forward to hot summer days and piling my hair on top of my head like a pineapple!

CRICKET - How are you feeling today? It sounds like you are suffering quite a bit with your poor lungs! And I sure hope you don't start experiencing flux! Your gain after the CN was so small - I pray it sticks for you and goes down more!

CHRISSIE - I am anxiously waiting to hear if you finally jumped off that darn MM and hit the slide today! All fingers, toes and eyes crossed for you!

HIMI - I hope the nuts & seeds had no effect on you and you can see a loss today! Sometimes things do not happen the way you expect. And that is really a tiny amount of salt, so maybe it will be negated and pass.

RAINS - Wherever you are, I hope things are going well. We miss you and I hope you can join us again for the next game.

it won't budge! wth???
i am SO ready to quit trying to lose anymore....maybe this is it for me ....maybe this cns won't even help
so many people telling me i am thin enough....."don't lose anymore!"
I don't feel thin enough. I know i need to lose more. THEY haven't seen me naked (thank God!)
i'm soooo frustrated right now
but i WILL press on.....i have to at least give this cns thing a month to see what, if anything, happens
