Default Whole Wheat tortillas

I buy tortillas on line from La Tortilla Factory. They are delicious, once you get used to them. Even my teenaged son loves them with pizza cheese and sauce on top.

On the Web at: www.latortillafactory.com

They specialize in lo-carb alternatives...

The facts: nice size (about 7.5" diameter) whole wheat, whole wheat bran,
oat bran (maybe), 60 calories, 2 g. fat, 120 mg. sodium, 12 grams carbs,
but 9 grams fiber, so they equal just 3 grams of "effective carbs".
No sugar, no trans fats, no alcohol...

I toast one plain in the toaster oven, then top with a little lite cream cheese and cinnamon and Splenda for a crunchy yummy breakfast treat.

Default Hi Wanda!

I use the same tortillias that Ruth does (HI Ruth!) and tehy are great.

You can also make WW Tortillas. They are quite simple. My recipe for them is on the board.
