I lost one this week, really the scale showed 1 1/2, but I don't know how that can be on TOM???? I normally show like 5+ in water and bloating. I dunno, but it looked good!!

Post Weigh In Wednesday

Wednesday, Ocotber 16, 2002

How'd everyone do this week?

I'm up a pound from last week. I did some pff plan eating last Sunday which was my demise. I'm doing much better this week. I've kept a journal here which is helping a whole lot. If for no other reason I get to purge some stress that way I'm basically doing Atkins right now and planning to use SB for my maintenance plan.

236.5/211/165

Default ME TOOOO!

I wanna lose next week too. So went back to induction and started excercising everyday. I had to stop cause I hurt my hip. I did excercise 6 days a week and still stalled, but hopefully I am wiser this time. (yeah right) For 2 weeks no splenda or shakes. It's gotta be them. I already eliminated everything else. My sister suggested changing plans. What do you think? I have been LCing since August 25, I think, and have only lost 11 pounds. Thats with no gains and having to lose the same pound more than once. TGIF!! Ready for the weekend and hopefully getting out of town. Hope everyone else has a good weekend too!

Hey Amber & Molly!

Thanks for the cheer Molly, I'm trying hard!

Amber, stick with induction and eliminate those nasty shakes and bars if you've been using them. I also find when I try and get more fat, and loose the Splenda my weight loss is best.

We can do this ladies!!!!!

Default Yes we can

Some people told me I'm not getting enough calories. So I went and bought some nuts, the CoQ10 and a higher dose of chronium picolate. If I don't weigh in next week ( not this week the 23) the following week on the 30th I am going to scream. I have a convention 3 days this week and can only pray they have food I can eat. See you next week guys...

Unhappy WIW

Okay, I give up...I'm still at 165 today. Same weight as last Wed and the Wed before, and the Wed before that, etc... (about 6 weeks now)

I've never eaten any illegal foods since starting this in Sept. I have one to two SF Sugar Busters ice cream shakes usually just once a week. I've even cut down on my starchy carbs. I exercise 4-5 times a week too. I just don't know anymore about losing weight on Sugar Busters. It's obviously a good WOE for maintaining weight and eating healthy for me but not for losing, I'm not so sure anymore.

I feel like doing something drastic like going on Atkins until I lose another 10 pounds then, staying on Sugar Busters to maintain the weight I lost for a week or two. Then do Atkins again to lose another 10 pounds, and then go on Sugar Busters to maintain and so on and so on...... I'm wondering if I would gain the weight back once I go to Sugar Busters to maintain...

What do you suggest? However, I would have to start Atkins next Monday since I would have to buy the appropriate groceries all over again. Thanks for you help. I'm very depressed today!!

Hi Molly,

I was so busy wallowing in my own self pity that I didn't even congratulate you. I am very proud of you and your weight loss accomplishments so far. You are doing SOOOOO well. I am very happy for you!!

If you can give me any tips on how to be as successful as you are, please give them to me!

Thanks,

Denise

Default Thanks for checking

I drink LOTS of water during the week. Mon-Fri. On the weekends, I don't. I'm usually out and about on the weekends and I don't even think about the water I SHOULD be drinking!
