I was out all weekend so today is the first day I am reading the posts today but congrats Angel for losing the 9 pounds. I hope I can come close tomorrow. I have to start getting out and moving around because I know it will help my weight loss.

I weighed in yesterday but I was only 1lb down but I just started on 1/16/05 so I guess that's better than nothing but I can't wait to see more. I am starting a dance class today and I joined the gym and I plan on going tomorrow so I have hopes for bigger numbers soon. Congrats to Angel on the weight loss. It's a struggle but I am up for the challenge and I will get this weight off.

Hi all well i didn't get to do mu walk today. When my husband is off we stay busy on the go like today. I sure hope i get to walk tomorrow it makes me feel better it also makes my back and hips feel a lot better they can be hurting and i can go and walk and by the time i get through they have quit hurting and are feeling so much better. O by the way i am down to 203 pounds i was weighing 225-230. i just thought all of you might want to know that i am loosing but i like to know that i am loosing i like to loosse slow. because if you loose slow it will stay off longet and it will be harder to gain it back because of my back and hips. i am here if you need me Buddy.

Hi all,
I just wanted to drop in and say hi to everyone . I have got to do my walking but it is to cold to do it right now it is 32 degrees and that is too cold for me. When i get too Cold i go to
hurting andwe don't want that so when it warms up i will get my walk in. I am still loseing my weight. The last time i weightwed i was at 203-204. I sure would love to ge to 130-140.if i did i would have to have new clothes because most of my clothes are for large people like i am .
