My weight popped up to 176 the day after I joined the Challenge. And usually when I start behaving and cutting out the carbage I can lose .5 per day. Now, nothing. Now, I haven't done well on the water, so I have to work on that. But I have been exercising!

I'm SURE a lot of it is post holiday bloat Bueller. There is no way you gained 24 pounds in the last 2 weeks. GOAL here you come!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

HI Becki!!! Good for you starting this. I'm currently at 180 lbs and I'm looking at a 5 lb loss for January(175 lbs). I've already lost 45 lbs and I'd love to say "I lost 50lbs"!!!!!
As for exercise, I'll cut back a smidge and go for 2 Core and 4 Yoga a week. This way if I need a day off I won't stress about it.
Here's to a successful New Year!!!!! Now let's kick some butt!!!!
