I would say that Crystal light could be the key to stall. Plus>{I think. Not to put any thing like that in your smoothies.
Maybe water>tea or almond or I like better *chashuw milk. I get unsweetented and for 1 c. is only 25 cals.

Seems we both are trying to reset{To get this weight moving down.
we just keep doing and at least for me> watch those calaries and types of foods.
I love salalds and I love soups also.
I think also getting back into exersiceing is the key also. Just seems slow to none. i keep track on my weight. i put on calendar 1st. of each month. 1.1st was 121 .apri l1st.124 june 1st.120
so far not good. means im not hitting this right or hard. see what july 1st. brings. hope at least same. then have to reset hard.
At times for the last few monts looking at track> I lose. hold or gain 3 lbs.
