I've only had that happen once and I think it was from hiking. It's awful though!

Hard to believe that I used to workout. I'm glad I have some evidence that it is at least possible.

let's see if I can remember the workouts that I have done:

starting jan 3, 2010

Sunday: CCC hard track (1 mile)
Thursday: CCC loop (2.19)
Friday:CCC loop (2.19)
Sunday: Clackamette Trail (2 miles...?)
Thursday: CCC loop (2.19)
Sunday: CCC loop(2.19)

Planing on doing the CCC loop twice today (4.38 miles)

So, I'm hoping for one of my days to start increasing the mileage and to add another workout day into the training. I don't know where that is going to be because of my stupid schedule. I may have to do some Xtraining with the elliptical instead. I just feel guilty because of Annie....poor baby. Maybe the SO will take her and I can not feel bad about using the elliptical.

Considering that I skipped my th. workout last week....

Sat: walked down the stairs to the beach and to the little creak....maybe 45 minutes?
Sun: 3 miles of "driveway" plus a ton of stairs

OMG am I sore. Even the tops of my feet. Probably from walking in fuzzy crocs. Don't judge me.
