1/3 c oatmeal, unsweetened soy milk, a few slices of strawberry, 1/2 tsp raw honey. I can have carbs in the morning sometimes if I'm expecting a huge workout later.

So, I finally found a way to eat eggs. If I have an egg with a piece of 'breakfast bread' -- a cinnamon-raisin loaf -- the egg either doesn't nauseate me or the effect is so marginal that I don't recognize it. Four days in a row I tried eggs, and the only day I got sick was the day I tried bran cereal (12 net carbs) instead of toast.

So, today I had a piece of cinnamon toast, an egg, and some sausage seasoned with sage.
