Well-I am not going to change my stats for a bit to see if this holds true and the downward trek continues here--but going to Joan and Bob's has really seemed to get me back on the ball. Before Joansville--242---- Weighed this morning--238.
Anyway--I am hoping that it keeps heading downward. Now a lot of this could be water so.
At Joans we all measured and my goal for Joansville #4 is to reduce my waist and hips by 10%--not that I need to.
Waist: 47.5"
Hips: 54"

Breakfast:
1 1/2 cups coffee and cream
1 slice LC. toast and butter
Lunch:
Salad with cheddar cheese,turkey,salami with vinegrette
1 large glass ice tea.
Pm snack:
1/2 cup lump crab meat in 1 tsp butter
1 glass water
Dinner:
1 1/2 cup crab stew
1 brat on LC bread with LC catsup
1 large glass ice tea.
PM Snack:
glass LC grapefruit flavored drink
1 lc ice cream bar
It is raining here and we sure need it.
