Today is another day--Thank Heavens!!!

Last night I didn't do my exercises and I cheated with having some popcorn while AI was on. Tonight I will definately exercise and WILL NOT EAT POPCORN!!!! I know it could have been a gallon of ice cream --but still--a few days back on low carb and already cheatin?? BAD!!

Ok Today:

Breakfast:
2 cups coffee
2 T. cream

Lunch:
Grilled cheddar cheese and hard salami sandwich
2 glasses ice tea with sweetner.

Dinner: At a steak house.

Small sirloin steak
1 small roll with butter
Serving of steamed cauliflower and brocolli
Salad with blue cheese dressing
Large glass of ice tea with sweetner.

It was delicious.

Snack:
Slice of cheddar cheese
1 large glass decaff. ice tea.

Bill and I walked at least 2.5 hours so that will have to be my exercise for today. My back is killin me. So no Ball tonight.

Well-I am not going to change my stats for a bit to see if this holds true and the downward trek continues here--but going to Joan and Bob's has really seemed to get me back on the ball. Before Joansville--242---- Weighed this morning--238. Anyway--I am hoping that it keeps heading downward. Now a lot of this could be water so.

At Joans we all measured and my goal for Joansville #4 is to reduce my waist and hips by 10%--not that I need to.

Waist: 47.5"
Hips: 54"

Ok--Hope everyone has a great day and safe holiday week end. Happy Memorial Day to all.

Breakfast:
1 1/2 cups coffee and cream
1 slice LC. toast and butter

Lunch:
Salad with cheddar cheese,turkey,salami with vinegrette
1 large glass ice tea.

Pm snack:
1/2 cup lump crab meat in 1 tsp butter
1 glass water

Dinner:
1 1/2 cup crab stew
1 brat on LC bread with LC catsup
1 large glass ice tea.

PM Snack:
glass LC grapefruit flavored drink
1 lc ice cream bar

It is raining here and we sure need it.

3 slices crisp bacon
2 cups coffee and cream

OOps --almost forgot to log my food.

Lunch:
Grilled cheese and salami sandwich on LC bread
Large glass decaff. ice tea with sweetner

Pm snack:
LC ice cream bar

Dinner:
1 fried porkchop--coating Atkins baking mix
1/2 cup buttered broccoli
1/2 cup butter beans
1/2 cup buttered green beans
1 large glass decaff ice tea with sweetner

Pm snack:
Lg glass decaff ice tea with sweetner

Sunday--

Main meal was roast pork and beef--mashed cauliflower potatos, salad with cucs, tomatos, sweet onions and parmesan italian dressing. Also Berry shortcake with shipped cream. Iced tea with sweetner

Monday:
Dinner at daughters:
Strip steak, salad, steamed asparagus and broccoli and macaroni and cheese. Iced tea with sweetner and home made ice cream.

Tuesday:

Breakfast: 2 cups coffee with half and half

Lunch: 4 slices of salami and large glass ice tea with sweetner

Hope to do better keeping tabs on what I am eating. time to snap too here. Hugs--

Dinner: 2 slices pork roast-2 slices beef roast- 1/2 cup mashed cauliflower taters, 1 corn fritter, 1 cup salad with vinegrette, 1 glass diet sprite, 1 cup watermelon.

Snack: ??

Thumpday here--I am tired.

I bought myself a pedometer yesterday and put it on about 9 am this morning--as of 6:33--I have walked 2,858 steps --About 7,145 feet or 1 plus mile just in the house so far today. I ended the evening last night with 4,112 steps--over two miles walking just cleaning house and cooking. Hum--Not bad huh??

Breakfast:
1 cup coffee and cream
1 slice lc toast with butter

Lunch:
Salami sandwich with mustard
Oven baked Daikon radish with seasoned salt,a bit of garlic & onion powder and parmesan cheese.
Large ice tea with sweetner

Snack:
Black walnuts
Ice tea with sweetner

Dinner:
6 thin slices corned beef
1/2 cup cabbage
1 ear of corn on the cob with butter
1 small dill pickle
1 large glass ice tea with sweetner.

Pm snack????

TGIF--

A start to another day. I was thinking this morning about needing to eat lower carb and remember back when I first started Atkins I looked at the number of carbs I was eating daily and it calculated out to nearly 450 per day. Now I know I am eating way under that now--then I wonder why am I still not taking the pounds off. Guess I am just a maintainer.

Checked on the weight yesterday and the 4 pounds I lost after Joanville is right back on. Water weight--I can go up and down 5 lbs in a day. Very frustrating at times. Weight or no weight--I refuse to go on one of those blasted starvation diets. Just not worth it to me anyway. Got to be more to life than a piece of lettuce and I do like lettuce but stuff has to go with it.

Ok--Need to get a move on. Today is cleaning out the bathroom closets. Either gonna have happy or sick critters in the cesspool by nightfall.

Breakfast: 1 slice lc toast and butter
2 cups coffee and half and half

Lunch:
Sandwich with cheese and salami with mustard and a large glass of ice tea with sweetner.

Dinner:
Low carb pasta-1 slice bread -salad with vinegrette and ice tea with sweetner.
Small slice of brownies.

Pm. snack:??

Steps so far on the pedometer for today: 3,469--Over a mile and a half just around the house. Goodnight

Saturday and did not keep track of my steps today although bet I did more than yesterday. I eneded yesterday with over 4,000 steps--can't remember exactly.

Breakfast:
Coffee and cream
1 slice lc toast with butter
3/4 cup fresh strawberries

Lunch:
1 cup chicken noodle soup
1 large glass decaf ice tea with sweetner

Pm snack:
Handfull pecans and bottle of water.

Dinner:

Personal pan pizza with anchovies
Ice tea with sweetner
Salad with ranch drsg.

PM snack????

Tuesday--

Mary and grandson were here today and I ate everything I shouldn't have including baked beans, potato chips, muskmelon, watermelon, and hot dogs. thought about a hamburger too but left it for Bill instead.

Got a call today from the doctor--Bill needs to see him regarding his blood tests. We both have appointments Thursday. I need to get my prescription refills and also need to have him check out a spot between the boobs. It is brown in color with raised black dots in the center of it.

Ok--Have a good night. Hugs--

Exercise: 2 hours in pool with the kids.

1 lc. ice cream

Ok--Docs visit went as expected--Same ole-same ole--

Seeing a dermatologist--for the spot between the boobs.

Breakfast:
1.5 cups coffee
1 slice lc toast with butter

Lunch:
3 small slices sausage pizza--Frozen kind
1 glass gingerale

PM snack:
Handful buttered popcorn Large glass ice tea with sweetner

Dinner:
2 oz steamed shrimp
2 ounces lobster pieces in butter
1/2 cup buttered corn
3/4 cup buttered cauliflower
1 glass diet gingerale

PM snack: ?????


1,085 calories--Need to up the calories I think.
Fat: 58 grams---49%
Carbs: 82 grams---27%
Fiber: 9 grams
Protein: 64 grams--24%

2 chicken legs
1 chicken breast
1 large glass ice tea with sweetner

L.C. Chocolate fudgesicle

Breakfast:
2 cups coffee and cream

Lunch:
3 cups Romaine lettuce
1/4 cup cucumber
1 small tomato
juice of 1/2 lemon
1 T. oil
sprinkle of salt
1 glass decaf ice tea with 1 sweetner

Dinner:
4 ounces chopped hamburger steak
1/2 cup buttered broccoli
1 small sliced tomato with salt
1 diet coke.

Don't know what i will have for a pm snack but will definately have one.
