Back before LC I remember buying one of those "healthy" fiber breakfast muffins and telling myself to eat it because It is good for you!!

Thank goodness I came to my senses and eat eggs and bacon every day now.. That's what I'm going to have as soon as I cook it!

Got up early and had some ground beef to use up. I also had a few shrimp while I was cooking up bacon bits This is a burger patty under the other stuff and above some spinach and lettuce:

Thanks Meme - Other were doing this or ordering without bun. I really liked hamburgers but couldn't really imagine liking one without a bun. I like this as well or better plus it's quick and fun!

I can't post till saturday morning. at least that the plan. First meal of the day is usually my favorite

mum, your breakfast looks like it would be right up my alley today! Yum, chicken and mustard maybe some mustard on those eggs too.

I'm back and have had 2 breakfasts this morning one to break my fast and the other one because I was still hungry. I'm headed out to do some shopping and chores but I thought I'd post...

2 eggs, diced bacon cream thing with red leaf lettuce and cumber salad (2AM):



Coconut curry w chicken, bok choy and some onions (so good - later than 2AM)

Tom Ka Gai w Shirataki and Spinach - kinda like curry but with galangal and sour and kafir lime leaf. I will do this more often and make bigger batch for work lunches. The shirataki noodles don't break down like rice noodles.

Canadian bacon, three over easy eggs, some sliced tomatoes and coffee. Had a touch of hollandaise. Usually avoid dairy but had breakfast out with my honey this morning and haven't had it in ages. So far, no reaction

Angry Milkshake

This is my first time doing LC and so far loving it! I need quick and comforting in the morning and truly miss my steel cut oats and berries so made a milkshake
Non fat plain Greek yogurt, 1 Atkins shake, 2 egg whites and flax seed...
