I found Artisana Coconut Butter (whole coconut flesh) at the natural foods store -- it's yummy

It's soft and creamy at room temperature, not surprising it tastes just like coconut, but can get hard if cold -- refrigeration isn't necessary. I tried Ghee, but found it had a strong taste I didn't care for. Maybe it was too old/expired?

I use coconut products from Nutiva. Love to add 3/4 cup of their Coconut Manna in 3 cups of their Coconut oil. What a treat that is!
I have just got my first Coconut Flour from there, love it. I put a tablespoon of it in my Coconut smoothies and WOW!
