So, I have exposed my rational for eating Paleo.

I have come to this conclusion as well after a three year stint with Atkins. While it worked well for me, I have never been able to figure out why there is such a disaster when i introduce "new" foods at different levels. I can not digest the "fake treat foods" that i used to get and all they do is set off sugar cravings and binges. I have been craving and binge free for the first time in over a year-i have been following this for 9 days now. I feel your post could have been written by me and my experience. I was unsure at the start and felt "limited" yet, this is the best i have felt, never hungry, exercising, and happy. I am enjoying the food i do eat and not feeling deprived. I've also dropped 10 lbs. I've been battling for over a year with the cravings and carb creep. This is working for me, and makes since.

I love meat; need to find grass fed animals...)
- I enjoy nuts as a snack
- I enjoy fresh veggies (but don't care removing potatoes; pig food)
- I do enjoy cheese, but I did notice that they have replaced milk ingredients to "modified milk ingredients" (and my research shows that that is poison).
- I've never been a fan of oils. However, animal fat is yummy. Think about it, how can someone make "canola oil" in the first place? That would be an insane activity... However, animal fat with meat is logical.
- Cheese prices have doubled in the last few years, and I suspect I'm a bit intolerant as I have mucus issues. I can say bye bye to cheese, but will eat some good stuff once in a while
- I don't care for milk, as I'm an adult (only babies should s*ck tits)
- I really believe that grains are poison. I know many folks with gluten intolerance. How is it possible to gather thousands of "grains" to make flour, and then make bread? This is where technology is too fast for biology adaptation.
- I always feel happy eating fruits like apples, raspberries, wild strawberries, blueberries
