Just my luck to start this challenge just before the TOM was due...
I am seriously hoping this gain is only due to the water-retention thing. I was doing so well!!! And, then, out of the blue, a pound went on, and today, I was up a total of 2.2lbs - GRRRRR. Mind you, unlike me, I forgot to weigh myself immediately after the first wee of the day, and had already had a cup of tea when I weighed myself, so maybe it was about 0.2lbs too much (like, big deal, but you know how it is with these numbers!!!)
I've been going through mild PMS for the last few days (unusual for me, I usually just have symptoms the very day before, but maybe it's some weird perimenopausal thing that happens to ladies "d'un certain age", and I shall now have to accept a longer PMS phase before the dang thing begins...). Great...
Oh well, I may well post my weight before next Monday if things move downwards all of a sudden!!! It's kind of depressing being up in the 140s again...
Hope the rest of you are seeing downwards movement!!!
Keep the carbs low, that's the way to go!!!
