if you like tuna, i made this last night and it was heaven.
as much broccoli and cauliflower as you like, chopped small and steamed.
large (400+) can of tuna drained
heat some cream over a low heat, add 1 tsp of curry powder, and some grated cheese (i kept adding cream and cheese until i add a consistency i liked) then add tuna
put vegies in a casserole dish, add cream/tuna mixture, sprinkle grated cheese over top and bake at 200 degrees until browned. eat.
