I'm taking it slow this week. I don't have a car due to the accident so I decided to take a break from gym. I'll be doing exercise at home and walking at lunchtime.

Saturday
3 mile walk (1hr?)

Sunday
Nada. Walk around the grocery store and did laundry. LOL.

This week I'm planning to do 10,000 steps a day. I still tryin to take it slow because I'm not up to speed yet.

Monday
11,000 and something. Lol. I erased the pedometer before I wrote it down.

I'm at 3,700 so far for the day.

Cool

I've been walking to work for a few days now. That's 1.5 miles one way. It takes me a little less than 25 minutes but I really enjoy the walk.

Tuesday
45 min of weights (chest & legs)
31 min on treadmill (2 miles)
I'm off to the gym in a few to hit that treadmill. It's so helpful to de-stress with a run and the right tunes esp. after a long day.
