Richard checking in, I had a very busy day today.
quick bfst of macadamia nuts and cheese..
My excom meeting was 2 hrs, then a lunch with another GM non-smoker(no problemo).
I had an all protein --fatty, Thai sliced grilled beef and pork and Thai chicken curry with coconut milk with a couple of lettuce leaves 3 perrier waters. He ate all the rice and had fruit yuck.
Then checked my email before going into a 5 hr meeting from 2.30-7.30 pm with the property owner a chain smoker---My God how I loathed the stench---and in my own way pitied him and secretly bet he wished he could do what I had done just stopped, he smoked a cigarette every 20 minutes --no kidding, he's Chinese!
Any way I had made sure the room I booked for the meeting was very big so that the air was sucked out.
Then I had a 35 min run in the gym a work out,the solarium for 20 mins and just devoured :
3 chicken pieces, 1 cup of lettuce, 3 slices of tomato 1 tbsp mayo and a small handful of sunflower seeds mixed with organic bran --yuck like horse food...will need to work out the nutritional combo of that lot...
My desire is to just stick with this new way of Dr Atkins living I cannot attribute it to anything else Jo, I quit alcohol Aug 2000, and did the whole 12 step programme , and thta was nothing compared to quitting the fags...
I craved last night at 7pm and so I went to the gym instead....My running seemed easier --honest and the weights a sinch to push,my skin is looser too...odd huh?
