Are you feeling tired? If so that can be a big impediment. Hang in there. Just take a walk or something. Getting back to it can be the hardest thing sometimes, right?

hi lisa ~ i don't think i'm really as tired as i am just LAZY! i know that once i get going it'll be ok. it's just getting into that 'zone' where i am motivated and fired up to exercise.

yesterday:
2.8 mph
42 mins (watched last episode on disc 2 of 24 season 1)
4 incline

i'm pretty happy with the fact that i made time in my very busy schedule to walk on my 'mill. hopefully i can do that again tonight. might need to skip bible study, because i am just doing too much and i need to focus on ME for now.

yesterday:

2.8 mph
42 mins (started new disc of 24!)
3.5 incline

i really feel more motivated to walk when i'm watching something. especially a tv series. the suspense of 24 always makes me want to "come back" for more. i've made a rule for myself that i can only watch it if i'm on my 'mill. when the dvds come in from netflix they go right into the cup holder on my treadmill and stay there until i get my butt on it! good motivation.

Hey I'm so happy to hear that you took two walks yesterday. That's great!

Wisdom.

The mind is probably saying to do more, go further, but I'm glad that you're listening to what your body is telling you.
