Bravo!! And Speaking as a non-atkins person (hope I don't get rotten potatoes thrown at me here) your carbs are fine. And some people do a calorie average for the week. Sort of a more volitle calorie cycling schedule. Then if you have one higher than normal day, you do more way lower calorie day the next. Then you should never feel deprived or pissed at yourself for not eating some horrible low cal day everyday. You might find this way too that your average cal intake could actually be lower than if it was very low everyday.

And for a man your size, if the induction didn't work before and with your anxiexty problems, keeping the carbs at 150 and not from alcohol, but from fruit and veggies, with regular exercise, might make you feel more physically and emotionally balanced. That is actually low carb also, just not no carb. When you consider a traditional diet is probably close to 500 g carbs a day with all that bread and sugar!

Notice no postings for a month

The food since xmas has been ok, but I've fallen back into bad habits of having one big meal late in the day and then having to snack at bedtime. For some reason I was going to to re-induction this week. Don't know why since I was doing pretty well before.

Also , no exercise. I'd like to blame flu, but...

Today, it all starts again.

The posts begin tomorrow.

I did make veggies, but I think they'd been in the freezer too long. They tasted like dreck. Frozen veg shopping tonight.
