5.5 combo doubles match tonight - we won 6-0, 6-1. I should ride the bike tonight, but I have mixed doubles team practice at 7:30 am and then a 6.5 combo doubles match at 10:00 am tomorrow so I think that I will get to bed by 9:30 tonight.

One hour of team practice, then played 6.5 combo doubles match - we won 6-2, 6-1. The heat index was over 100!!! I am indoors for the day now for sure.

5.5 combo doubles match today at 4 pm - we won 6-1, 6-0. It was hot, but luckily there was a rain shower earlier & it temporarily cooled down the temps almost 10 degrees.

squats, 2 sets of 10
wall pushups, 2 sets of 10
toe stands, 2 sets of 10
some stretches

biceps curls w/5 lb dumbbells - 2 sets of 12
step ups - 2 sets of 10
overhead press - 2 sets of 12 - 5 lb dumbbells
hip abduction - 2 sets of 10

Just finished - hope this doesn't keep me awake

Our team won the overall match (best 2 of 3 matches) which puts us in 1st place, but my partner & I lost our match in the 3rd set tiebreaker. For some reason, I felt tired during the match and feel really tired now... heading to bed by 9 pm. We have mixed doubles team practice at 7:30 am tomorrow and I have a 6.5 combo doubles match at 4 pm also, so going to bed early is probably a good idea.
