I'm glad people are responding to this...
If someone held a gun to my head and had me tell them what I thought the MOST important aspect of my loss was, I'd have to say exercise, not diet, not motivation.
My wife and I have watched all the Oprah weight loss specials for two years now, and although these people use all sorts of diets, TO A PERSON they ALL say the key is exercise.
For me, I'm on an exercise challenge EVERY day (over 300 times last year).
