Happy THumpday I think.

Still feeling crappy and will see the doc tomorrow. If the eye and nose would quit burning I wouldn't feel half bad.

Spent most of my day in bed today and slept off and on. Ok--

Food for the day:

Breakfast:
2 mugs decaf
2 T. cream
2.5 slices bacon
1 slice lc toast
1 tsp butter

Lunch:
1/2 apple
1 lc fudgesicle

Snack:
a handfull of pecans
another fudgesicle--makes the sore throat feel better.

Dinner:
1 fried chicken breast. Coated it with Atkins Quick Quisine.
2/3 cup mashed cauliflower potatoes
1/2 cup creamed cucumbers and onion salad

Water so far:

32 ounces--not good but will try to get more down before bed

No exercises today.

Monday: HAPPY VALENTINES DAY!!!!!

Time to get back on the stick here. No store bough candy here--may make bill and I something later on with chocolate or whipped cream and berries for a treat but it will be with sweetners only--PERIOD>

Food so far today:

16 oz water

Breakfast:

1 Atkins Low carb banana nut muffin: 2 g. carb--170 cal.
1 cup coffee: 1.5 carb--7.5 cal
1 T. half and half: 0.0 carb--25 cal

Lunch:

3 cups lettuce: 3.6 g. carb--9 calories
3 T. gorgonzola cheese dressing: 4.5 g. carbs--270 calories
3 ounces chicken breast: 0.0 carb--193 calories
1 T. almonds: 1 g. carbs--45.25 cal
1 Atkins lc muffin: 2 g. carbs--170 cal
16 oz water

pm snack:

1 lc fudgesicle: 3 g. carb--100 cal
16 oz water

Dinner:

1/2 cup vegetable beef soup: 13.4 gm--73.4 cal.
1 T. coleslaw:0.5g--3 cal.
8 steamed shrimp: 0.0 g--44 cal
1 T. hot shrimp sauce:3g--15 cal
1/2 c. sugar free vanilla pudding:- 11g--80 cal
1 T. blackberries: 1.15g--4.62 cal

Exercise: 30 minutes on the treadmill.

Just got back from the gym: I am a crabby old bat today and nervous as an ant on a hot skillet today. Guess I am going to have to go off that medication the doctor put me on last Friday before I tear my hair out here.

Today did my weight lifting:
12 x 2 unless otherwise stated:
5 minute warm up on bike

Pectoral Fly--Low: 20 lbs
Tricep Extension--Rope: 30 lbs
Lat Pull Down: 70 lbs
Seated Row: 40 lbs

Overhead Press: 10 lb dumbell

Feeling much better today now that I have quit taking the seizure/migraine/weight loss pills, Nuff of that stuff for sure for sure.

Food for the day:

Breakfast:
1 cup coffee
1 T. half and half
1 atkins muffin

Lunch:
2 hamburger patti's
1 slice cheese
2 thin slices dill pickle
1 slice onion
1 tsp mustard
1 glass diet sprite

Afternoon snack:
16 ounces water

Dinner:
1.5 cups seafood chowder
1.5 cups tea
2 sweetner packets

Exercise:

Treadmill:
30 minutes

May be heading shopping for the evening. Will see how I feel in a bit.

Ok --Today is lifting day for me. Haven't been there yet but intend on going once Bill gets back with Drew.

Breakfast was bad today

1 cup coffee
1 t. half and half

Lunch:
1 slice lc. toast
1 tsp butter
2 T. peanut butter
1 cup coffee
1 T. half and half

Dinner:
2 bratwursts
1 tsp mustard
1/2 cup cauliflower
1/2 cup brussel sprouts
2 tsp butter


Will try to get back to post the rest of the info later if i can. Will have Drew here all night so may not make it till in the morning sometime. Hugs--Alice

Got to the gym and did the same lifting that I did on Tuesday. Only one more exercise day and then two days off. Hoorah!!

2/3 cup mashed cauliflower mock taters
1 cup lettuce with wine vinegrette
1 glass diet sprite
1 lc fudgesicle

32 ounces water so far

Didn't work on the quilt. Took a nap and then watched an old movie.

Hope everyone had a good day. Will be back later to log my snacks. Have raspberries thawing and will whip some cream. Will probably have some hot tea and maybe a few pecans and more water tonight too.

I am up and late getting on here today.

1/4 cup blue cheese
3 T. mayo

Dinner:
2 ounces pork roast
6 spears of asparagus
1 slice low carb bread
1 cup lettuce and onion with vinegrette.
1 fudgesicle

Snack:
1/4 cup pecans
1 cup hot tea with sweetner

Didn't do my cardio today.
Didn't drink my water very well either.

Seated Row Machine: 50 lbs
Front Raise: 20 lbs
Tricep Dip Machine: 135 lbs/120 lbs
Overhead Press: 10 lbs dumbell

Have ball work to do yet but will do after AI!

This is the third try at posting this. If I lose it again--Will just wait till tomorrow or later tonight.

Today was cardio--

30 minutes on my treadmill.
First 10 minutes the machine was elevated as high as it would go as my warm-up.
Last 20 minutes alternated between 2.8 and 3.5 mph except the last two which were 2.5 as my cool down.


Breakfast:
2 cups coffee
2 T. half and half
1 slice lc toast
2 tsp butter
2 T. peanut butter.

Lunch:
2 cups lettuce
1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese
3 T. blue cheese dressing

Snack: 1 small McDonalds hamburger minus the bun
1 glass diet coke

Dinner:
3 polish sausage
1/2 cup sauerkraut
1/2 cup buttered cauliflower
1 glass diet sprite zero.

Evening snack:
1 ounce cheddar cheese
5 crackers
1 diet soda
Handfull of pecans

I am going to have to work on the water drinking again. Ugh!

Today was an irritating day. They were tearing up the road putting in new water lines. Between all the banging and trucks and my dogs barking--I could have committed hari kari.

Today was a bit of a headache day for me. Sinus stuff again. Ugh

Got to the gym and got my lifting done. Same as I logged Tuesday. Didn't do my ball work and not going to. Will do it tomorrow.

Breakfast:
2 cups coffee
2 T. half and half
1 slice LC toast
1 tsp butter
1 sausage patty

Lunch:
Double cheeseburger with mustard, pickle and onion--minus the bun.
Diet Pepsi

After lifting weights I got the shakes so came home and ate a grapefruit with a shake of salt which made me feel better.

Dinner:
4 ounces of meatloaf made with lc bread crumbs and lc. catsup.
3/4 cup cheesie broccoli and cauliflower.
Diet sprite

PM snack:
Handfull of pecans
Cup of tea with sweetner
1/2 of the last lc pumpkin bar

Well today was supposed to be cardio but i am not doing it. Just not up to it.

Breakfast:
1 cup coffee
1 T. half and half
1 lc piece of toast
2 pats of butter

Lunch:
2 cups lettuce
1/4 cup blue cheese
3 T. mayo
16 ounces of water

Afternoon snack:
1 lc fudgesicle

Dinner:
4 ounces LC meatloaf
1 tsp lc catsup
1/2 cup mashed cauliflower taters
16 ounces water

Dessert:
1 slice lc. lemon /cream cheese pie with 3 T. whipped cream with sweetner. YUM!!
1 cup coffee
1 T. half and half

PM snack: ????? Water and ?????

Well- It looks like March is going to come in like a lion in this area of the country. We are to get winds tonight and it is 28 degrees here now.

Breakfast:

3 T. half and half

2T. half and half

Lunch:
2 cups lettuce
1/4 cup blue cheese
3 T. blue cheese dressing
24 ounces water

Pm snack:
1 lc fudgesickle
24 ounces water

Dinner:
3/4 cup stir fried veggies
4 ounces sirloin steak
24 ounces water

Evening snack:
1 ounce cheddar cheese
24 ounces water

Exercise:
30 minutes treadmill

I had a very nice surprise in one of our stores today. While I was shopping for a baby shower gift in one of our dept. stores here one of the cashiers walked up to me and asked me if i was 55 years old because they have a 55 and older club. You get an additional 10% off everything you buy on the first Tuesday of every month. I found an adorable 5 piece set for the new baby on the way and when I looked it was 50% off--Then I got an additional 10 % off that for being a senior. So I got the baby another gift --a chrome picture frame in the likeness of Noah's arc that she is decorating the baby's room with and got 10% off that too. But the other nice part of this was when i told the woman that i wasn't 55 but 65. She said--oh my--I was afraid i wouldinsult you by asking you if you were 55. You sure don't look that old. So that made my day!!!

No going to the gym this week. I think I am getting tired of pushing myself and need a break.

Breakfast:
1 cup coffee--half reg and half decaf.
1 T. half and half
1 slice LC toast
1 tsp butter
3 slices crisp bacon.

Lunch:
Had a fish filet at McDonalds minus bun
Small diet coke

Pm snack:
lc fudgesicle

Dinner:
Topping off a frozen pizza
24 ounces water

Working on another bottle of water and will have at least 50 ounces down before bedtime.
