This is the third try at posting this. If I lose it again--Will just wait till tomorrow or later tonight.
Today was cardio--
30 minutes on my treadmill.
First 10 minutes the machine was elevated as high as it would go as my warm-up.
Last 20 minutes alternated between 2.8 and 3.5 mph except the last two which were 2.5 as my cool down.
Breakfast:
2 cups coffee
2 T. half and half
1 slice lc toast
2 tsp butter
2 T. peanut butter.
Lunch:
2 cups lettuce
1/4 cup gorgonzola cheese
3 T. blue cheese dressing
Snack: 1 small McDonalds hamburger minus the bun
1 glass diet coke
Dinner:
3 polish sausage
1/2 cup sauerkraut
1/2 cup buttered cauliflower
1 glass diet sprite zero.
Evening snack:
1 ounce cheddar cheese
5 crackers
1 diet soda
Handfull of pecans
I am going to have to work on the water drinking again. Ugh!
Today was an irritating day. They were tearing up the road putting in new water lines. Between all the banging and trucks and my dogs barking--I could have committed hari kari.
