This week I've been enjoying coffee with a teaspoon of coconut oil and three teaspoons of double cream. Sweet and creamy and a great way of keeping my fat intake up

Some microwaved scrambled eggs - gross! My burner was busy heating water for coffee that I wound up forgetting. Also had a bite of coconut butter.

Breakfast was not a win.
